Creating Your Forever Home

Your voice, your choice

Purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation

More freedom, choice and control

Imagine living in a home that has been designed and built around the needs of your disability. Where everyday living becomes a little easier. A beautiful place you can call home that has space, privacy, functionality and a sense of community integrated at every point.

This is the UHA experience. We are proud to be leading a new era in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). One that puts participants at the heart of the design process and delivers safe, secure and innovative housing for Australians living with a disability. When we say ‘Your voice, your choice’ we really mean it!

Choose how and where you want to live

Our goal is to transform the lives of our participants by providing the best homes possible. That means going above and beyond and engaging with you and your care provider as early as possible, so your property can be tailored to your requirements.

Several things set a UHA home apart. The best locations are chosen so you are always close to support and community services. Practical and functional design takes centre stage to help you live as conveniently and easily as possible. High ceilings, light filled rooms and outdoor garden spaces are just a few of the common features you enjoy.

The UHA Experience

“All of the owners are amazing to deal with, such a caring organisation that I would recommend to anyone. Very professional, great at communication and really care for their clients.”

“I met the team at a networking function presented in 2020. I was super impressed by their values, empathy and willingness to provide quality SDA’s for my clients. As a Support Coordinator, I look for these attributes in all of my service providers.”
