As an SDA accredited home supplier, we provide turnkey solutions that help facilitate your SDA eligibility. Working with you to achieve the home of your dreams. One that has also been tailored to meet your needs.

Hi, I’m Cheyne
My work has taken me around the globe, having worked in highly demanding and regarded roles with Riviera Australia, Mibrom Pty Ltd (PNG), Steamships trading company (PNG) and now with United Housing Australia Pty Ltd.

When I first became aware of the homes available to participants in the SDA housing space, it really motivated me to get involved and help create positive change. With UHA, I want to design the best products for the end user. It’s about going beyond the standard. To lead the industry with the best quality SDA homes and do the right thing by our participants.
As Director at UHA, I’m thrilled to bring my experience and expertise to provide a service offering that focuses solely on the end-user.
I have more than 20 years of executive leadership and management experience, managing large teams with property management portfolios consisting of over 560 properties.
I also understand that it may be a care provider or key decision-maker assisting you with these huge life decisions. With my experience, I am here to help guide you to make the most informed decisions based on facts.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring new places and meeting new people. You can also find me in the ocean surfing and enjoying the Gold Coast.

It gives me great pride and satisfaction to be able to apply my years of experience in finance and property services to now make a positive difference in people’s lives, and help create a lasting impact through our work here at UHA.
Previously, I worked as an investment advisor for eight years before starting my own business in investment property and financial planning. I’ve also held integral roles in establishing property sales organisations, and small and large scale property development companies. However, I’ve always been driven by an undying urge to make a greater impact, for the greater good.
This passion helped me realise that I could use my skill set to give back to a sector that I saw needed help.
My experience working in ASX listed companies, and alongside the principle in providing a broad range of wealth strategies including self-managed superannuation, rapid debt reduction and risk minimisation strategies, means I know we have implemented the required strategy and structure for UHA Group to provide sound investment opportunities and supply our participants with the best housing around. Without compromising on quality, space, form or function.
When I am not entrenched with the UHA boys going about our rapidly growing business you will find me hanging with my family and playing with my two gorgeous daughters or out having a surf.
